Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate (Frank)

After that it was exhibited in Planes of Fame museum, Chino, California. In 1973 it toured through Japan and displayed its magnificent flight. It was returned to Japan in 1978. It was flyable at that time. But now it can not fly! It is very difficult to maintain flyable old airplanes in Japan. It was exhibited in Arashiyama museum, Kyoto until 1991. Now, this Frank belongs to Chiran-cho in Kagoshima prefecture, Japan
